When will I receive my order?
When you order before 4 p.m. (CET), we will ship your order the same day. When it's shipped, you will receive a tracking code so you can track your order live.
What happens when I'm not at home?
When you aren't at home during the delivery, the deliverer will put a notification in your mailbox with instructions on how to collect your package. Possibilities are that a second attempt is done the next day, or that it will be dropped at the closest post office, where you can collect it.
Can you change or return a product?
In case you want to return or change a product, please send us an e-mail first for instructions. Please see also the page: Order and Returns.
How can I pay?
We have several payment methods, which depend on our country. After you have selected your country at the checkout page, you will see the applicable payment methods.
How do I know if my order has been received successfully?
After the payment you will return to our shop, and you will see a confirmation. Also you will receive an e-mail within 30 minutes. Please also check your Spam folder.
What happens if my payment isn't process successfully?
In this case, you can try it again. When you don't see the confirmation that the order and payment are received successfully, we won't process your order. So you can try again to go to the checkout and payment page. If you are in doubt, please send us an e-mail or give us a call!
