This blend consists of 75% organic coconut oil, cold pressed and filtered, of excellent quality and an inexpensive way to increase the good fats in your diet. The other 25% consists of pure ghee, unaffected, without additives and from milk from 100% grass fed cows. The addition of ghee provides a soft buttery taste.

Blue Breeze coconut ghee contains all medium chain triglycerides such as lauric acid, caprylic acid and myristic acid. In addition, the 100% grass-fed ghee contains a full spectrum of omega-3 fats and other important fatty acids such as CLA, butyric acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, capric acid, etc. Coconut ghee can be used to replace margarine, for frying and baking, for the house and 'oil pulling' (mouthwash of 10-20 min.).
