Unless otherwise recommended: PectaSol-C Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) is designed to be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, dietary supplements and/or medications. Per day, mix 5 grams of powder (1 scoop) with warm liquid or room temperature liquid. Then stir immediately with warm or cold water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
