Per capsule:
Magnesium 150 mg
Vitamin E 50 mg alpha-TE
Magnesium oxide, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, filler: cellulose powder, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Take 1 capsule 2 times daily along with a meal.
