‘Oil Pulling’ is an ancient traditional remedy from Indian Ayurvedic medicine. The oil is spread through the mouth with a swishing and pulling motion for 10 to 20 minutes.
According to ancient teachings, it drives off toxins and naturally whitens teeth.
Georganics’ mouthwash is a formula with coconut oil and antibacterial essential oils*. It has soothing properties by reducing the amount of unfavorable bacteria.
The toothpaste contains calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate to clean and mineralize teeth, thanks to calcium, potassium, magnesium and natural silica. A safe and mild toothpaste with organic ingredients. The addition of the active ingredient charcoal provides teeth whitening.
The essential oil of peppermint (almond) in this toothpaste provides a warm, spicy, licorice-like scent.

Mouthwash for ‘Oil Pulling’ Unless otherwise recommended:
Shake the bottle before use. Take 1 to 1.5 tablespoons (15-20 ml) of mouthwash into the mouth. Move the mix in a pulling, slurping and pushing manner through the mouth, along the teeth and gums for 10 to 20 minutes. The bacteria on the teeth, between the teeth and (under) the gums are attracted and bound to the oil. The longer this process of pushing and pulling the oil is maintained, the more bacteria can attach to the oil. The process of oil pulling is complete when the oil has become a white, milky substance after 10 to 20 minutes. Do NOT swallow the oil, but spit it out.
Remineralizing toothpaste Unless otherwise recommended:
Using the provided spatula, apply the pea-sized toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush your teeth as usual for 2-3 minutes. Let the toothpaste sit longer for better mineralization. Make sure no water gets into the jar of toothpaste to prevent the growth of bacteria. When opened, store in a dry and warm place (can be kept for up to 12 months after opening).
