Collect fresh urine. Using dry hands, tear off indicator strip. Hold indicator strip in urine for 1 second, shake off excess liquid. Wait two minutes for the corresponding color to be achieved. Compare the color in daylight with the colors indicated on the package (deviation ± 0.3 pH). Seek expert advice for value determination.
