The combination of fermented cod liver oil (CLO) and butter oil with cinnamon flavor (cinnamon tingle) is used to stimulate and support overall well-being.

Dr. Price noticed a synergy between concentrated butter oil and fermented CLO. Vitamin K2 in butter oil works synergistically with two other fat-soluble activators in CLO, namely vitamins A and vitamin D. Vitamins A and D give a signal to the cells to produce certain proteins, where vitamin K2 activates these proteins.

Blue Ice Royal is a combined variant consisting of 1/3 butter oil and 2/3 fermented CLO.

Fermented cod liver oil or Cod Liver Oil (CLO) has always been a standard supplement in traditional European culture. It met the needs for vitamins A and D. Based on an age-old traditional recipe, Green Pasture has developed its own method for fermentation. This lacto-fermentation does not use heat or carbon filters. As a result, naturally occurring vitamins A and D are preserved and the fragile unsaturated fats DHA and EPA in the cod liver oil are unaffected. This process of fermentation provides the natural light brown color of the oil. X-Factor concentrated butter oil is extracted from dairy (milk) produced by cows that graze exclusively on the irrigated lawns of the Northern Great Plains. The combination of climate and irrigation ensures a fast-growing grass. This special feed for cattle ensures an optimal level of Activator X. Activator X is a fat-soluble substance that plays an essential role in the resistance and absorption of minerals.
