In the morning, take 1 measuring spoon (= 3 grams) of Alkala N powder. Dissolve in half a glass of lukewarm water. Dosage can also be taken spread over the day. Depending on the situation, you can increase or decrease the dose as you see fit. Alkala N has a salty taste.
