Unless otherwise recommended: Using the spatula provided, apply the pea-sized toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush your teeth as usual, for 2-3 minutes. Leave the toothpaste on longer for better mineralization. Make sure no water gets into the jar of toothpaste to prevent the growth of bacteria. When opened, store in a dry and warm place (can be kept for up to 12 months after opening).
